Doctor Fadigan is a professional and personal coach. With more than 15 years experience as a Board Certified Family Practice physician, she brings to coaching her expertise of connecting with people on a personal and professional level.

SkyHawk has been in the executive arena, having served as Medical Director for an international IT company healthcare facility. Working in this environment gave her the skills to work with executives on many levels. The Board room was a great place to sharpen communication skills and develop a teaching style for the corporate leader.
On a personal level. SkyHawk draws from her years of experience studying and living the Spiritual path of the Native Americans. Her personal jou ey gives her insight and true compassion to assist anyone sincerely committed to changing their life and living their heart's dream. She also understands the disparities and inequities that exist in the current healthcare system. She and her trainers provide coaching on respect in the workplace, de-escalation techniques, emotional intelligence, racial sensitivity, and gender sensitivity.

SkyHawk received her coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute. The Co-Active Model of coaching allows for personal and professional coaching to be tailored to the individual.
